Vinification |
The
wines is vinified in stainless steel tanks, then is refined
in barriques for 12 months. Then again in steel for 6 months and
finally aged in bottled for more then 6 moths. |

Food Matching |
It
works particularly well with important dishes, meat and game
based dishes. Serve at 16-18° C. Can be aged
for 8-10 years and more. |
