ROERO ARNEIS
The Arneis grape is originally from the territory
of Roero. This white wine has an inviting light pale yellow
straw colour with greenish reflex. It has a fresh flower
fragrance of the field with a little of citrus. The palate is
sapid, harmonic, fresh and with a nice aftertaste of chamomile
flowers. Perfect as aperitif and with appetizers, especially
with seafood and white meat dishes. |

BARBERA D'ALBA
Is the symbol of the Piedmont productions and is
refined only in stainless steel tanks to preserve all its origin
flavours.
Its color is brilliant ruby red with delightful
fresh and floral bouquet. The palate is fragrant, full-bodied
and well-structured, with a good drinkability. Suitable for
pasta dishes, beef dishes, and most any meal or occasion, it’s a
good wine for everyday enjoyment. |

BARBERA D'ALBA
SUPERIORE
Produced with only Barbera grapes, is vinified in
stainless steel tanks, then is refined for more than 1 year in
small oak barrels.
It offers up a fresh bouquet of blackberries, prune, cherry,
aromatic grass and goudron. The palate is wide taste, rich, warm
and well-structured. It works perfectly with important dishes,
meat and game dishes. |

ROERO
Produced with Nebbiolo grapes, is vinified and
refined only in stainless steel.
The bouquet is forest fruits, prune and spicy. Although a quite
tannic taste, it's supple and warm and the aftertaste feeling
match perfectly the fragrance.
It works perfectly with past-based first course and meat-based
dishes and is great for everyday enjoyment. |

ROERO SUPERIORE
Obtained from a carefully selection of Nebbiolo
grapes which refined for 12 months in small oak barrels.
The colour is ruby red with some garnet shading. The fragrance
is rich, charming, with cacao, spicy and alcoholic fruits.
The palate has wide taste, warm and persistent, with a good
tannic taste and “burnt” sensations.
Best with red meat, game dishes and strong cheese. |

BIRBET
Produced with Brachetto grapes, when served it
shows its lively foam and the light ruby red in colour. The
fragrance is the characteristic perfume of rose and musky. The
fragrance taste accompanied by a good equilibrium between
alcohol and sugary residue with a prolonged feeling of flowers
and fruit.
Best as aperitif or dessert, and it’s wonderful to drink in
summertime. |
